Self-attested photocopy of Date of Birth certificate
Self-attested photocopy of Proof of Residence (either of these)
Ration card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having the name of child)
Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents
Voter I-card of any of the parents
Electricity bill/MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child
Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of the student(compulsory)
Student bank account details
passport size photograph of the child to be registered to be pasted on the form.
passport size photograph of the mother to be pasted on the registration form.
passport size photograph of the father to be pasted on the registration form.
For Sibling: Real brother/sister of applicant studying in School. Attach a self-attested photocopy of the existing child’s I-card as proof of a sibling Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission:-
passport size photographs of the child to be registered.
passport size photograph of the mother to be pasted on the admission form.
passport size photograph of the father to be pasted on the admission form.
Transfer Certificate in original and countersigned by the Education Officer ( if applicable )
Photocopy of Caste certificate attested by gazette officer/notary (if applicable)
Photo of the Guardian for I-card ( if applicable )
Progress Report card of previous class.
